Welcome to Falconbridge Village Association, a non-profit organization, whose primary goal is to help its residents remain in their own home, aging in place, as long as possible.  We do this by providing volunteer services to individuals in need, transportation for routine and special events, vetting service providers and providing social activities in individual homes.
